“I enjoyed your orchid video. The double camera viewing of your palette, brush washing and painting was very instructive. Unless you are in an actual class you rarely see the brush washing and blotting which is so important to water control. Your ebook is likewise very detailed. So many of the books I have assume the reader knows the details. Next week I am taking my first actual wet-in-wet workshop and I feel I have a better chance of getting the most out of it, thanks to you.

Below are my first attempt and my fourth attempt with your first exercise.

Thanks again for taking the time to produce the book and video.” Christine

I ordered the book not realizing I had it on my old laptop. So happy to have it for the iPad now. I have the hardcover book on painting close focus flowers and the dvd on painting the orchid (which I haven’t used yet because the laptop died) but I must say this ebook has it all!!! I read through it last night and found it answered every question I have along the way. I can’t wait to get started today with the simple exercises. I have been painting with watercolor for many years and have reached a plateau. I need to change my ways and create some of this beauty. Thanks so much for all you have put into this little ebook. It is a treasure trove.

Hi, I am about as artistiic as a rock, but want to exirsece the left side of my brain, so looking for a work-out. Also considering for my 11-year old son who is very creative and imaginative. So, inquiring about watercolor class expectations, etc., to see if something like this might be a fit. Thank-you!P.S. Love, love, love the watercolor hanging in Dr. Yamaki’s office in Federal Way. That is how I discovered your beautiful talent.

I am so impressed with this book and especially love having it in CD format. My painting has improved so much since I discovered Ann’s videos and books, and I watch them over and over-finding new information to process each time. The instruction and pictures are so clear and easy to follow-amazing work, Ann-thanks for sharing your talent and knowledge with us. I will be among those waiting and hoping for the next DVD!
